A journey with Reflexology for women
Stress & Emotions
Stress & Emotions
The biggest thing I’ve noticed in my years as a Reflexologist, is how clearly stress can affect the body in ways such as having aches and pains, stomach issues, tremors, restlessness, stuttering, seizures, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, depression, panic disorder and much more. That’s why its so important to try and keep stress to a minimum and look after our emotions. When your emotions are relaxed and intact, then the body will usually follow. Ways to help with your emotions is to be positive, let go of all anger, jealousy, resentment, bitterness, guilt, fear etc. be kind to yourself and all others, have compassion, accept all others for who they are, acceptance and forgiveness are great healers.
Womens Problems
Womens Problems
Reflexology can be very beneficial for women in so many ways. I have had many cases where its alleviated period pains, brought periods back into a regular cycle and also with cases such as endometriosis.
Baby Bumps
Baby Bumps
Trying for a baby, again because Reflexology may help to put the reproductive area back into balance, it can then help with conceiving. Also helpful during pregnancy for all those aches and pains. And again helpful for afterwards to help with rebalancing those hormones.
Menopause
Menopause
Reaching the age of hormonal changes such as mood swings, hot sweats, irregular periods, brain fog, headaches, tiredness, dizziness and much more. Reflexology maybe very helpful in the journey of those stages of peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
Golden Years
Golden Years
Reflexology may be very helpful in those golden years where you may be experiencing more aches and pains, arthritis, poor circulation, low vitality and a lower immune system.
